don't road trip in your first trimester
Word of advice... do not do a road trip in your first trimester!! We did a 14 hour drive to myrtle beach and stayed for a week. We just got home last night and I'm paying for it! I was nauseous and has a bag in my hand the entire drive home. The nausea continued into today and I'm just exhausted.
I can't find relief for the nausea... help!!
