Are my boobs okay?

So I'm noticed that my nipples are a little dry and chapped around my peb and it's been super itchy. I don't really know why this is happening or how to fix it. Does anyone know what causes this becauseIt's  been like this for about 5 days I think. Please help🙏🏽

Nipple cream or lotion- try not to use a heavily scented one that may add to the irritation.

I know this sounds gross, but I had an itchy nipple (just one :/) it was so bad! I put monistat cream on it and it went away immediately! I was desperate for relief lol it helped a bunch :)

If they are dry buy nipple cream for breastfeeding it helps with the dryness and stuff :)
