Did anyone feel better after telling people?

We are waiting a few more weeks to tell our family and friend about our pregnancy. We are 13 weeks 1 day today. Did you feel a sense of happiness or relief once you finally came out with your pregnancy? Is it because you are getting something off your chest or because the praise and recognition feels good? Right now I don't feel too excited or feel like this is real and I wonder if it's because we haven't told anyone yet.
