What do you all think is the healthiest age to be starting to have a serious relationship cus I have a 13yesr old sister I am very worried about as she has a 15 boyfriend, almost 16year old and they seem pretty intense but I feel this is too much for her . They do oral sex and things and I don't know if this is normal?
