Orange discharge?

So as of this morning every time I go to the bathroom n wipe its like a weird orangey discharge, what is it? Is it more mucus plug but tinged with blood? I just had my Drs apt yesterday and on Wednesday I was in L&D for contractions that stopped and I am 60% effaced and 2cm dilated, I've been losing my mucus plug for the past 2 weeks but nothing like this. I also know I do not have a UTI; they checked yesterday, it doesn't burn or itch to pee and I've been drinking water like crazy (also snacking on ice; due to it being hot today not because I'm anemic lol)
