Question

so lately when i've wiped after going for a wee it's been a little sore (i thought it was just cos of cheap toilet paper) or occasionally had a tiny bit of blood, which i thought was just spotting because it's been around my period. but today i checked it out and it turns out i have a small cut/graze on my labia minora. i'm concerned cos i've never had anything like this (i think it's from sex) and i have no idea how to tell if it's healing? should i go to the doctor or how can i tell if it's okay? 😖

Sometimes i get those too esp with cheap toilet paper. I bought my own TP but my mom keeps putting cheap TP in my bathroom so i just use it up 😂 If im too rough ill get irritation esp if i have some dry discharge on my underwear or from a dried up pad, esp pads that have textures and dry up.
I recommend that you get fresh underwear and be careful when wiping. Do more patting than dragging. I usually put a healthy dab of hydrocortisone cream or aquaphor and it helps with any possible friction from underwear. Sometimes i also put a liner down, particularly if i am not able to change my underwear for a long period of time to prevent any discharge build up and drying. Change the liner regularly. 
To prevent this from happening in the future, change your underwear if you have a lot of discharge or use liners and change them. If you wear pads, change them frequently. Also be careful with the TP

If you shaved recently it may have been that. I would suggest wearing comfortable cotton undies that aren't very tight during the day and just some pajama bottoms at night to let it air out and heal. If it's not healed in a few days, go to the doctor! Best of luck ❤
