Pregnant and dumped?

Found out the reason behind all my moods and crying and late af, I'm pregnant but me& SO been fighting it feels like he doesn't love me anymore and he calls me a bitch, started talking to his ex again, said to me he thought he could handle the moods that come with pregnancy but he can't with me, and then I asked if he's gonna end up leaving he said he doesn't know, I don't know what to do with myself right now.
