Start of something or line eyes?

I'm currently 10dpo give or take a day, I've been getting symptoms I never really have. I've had acne breakouts since ovulation (usually get just before AF not ovulation), sore/swollen boobs (I have only got this once and it was a chemical), heart burn here and there, neausa (no vomiting), lower back pain, random cramps, higher than normal body temp, and as of yesterday I just can't seem to feel full. I took a test I had under the cabinet this morning and it I think I see something but I can't tell if it is or if I just think so. I'm definitely gonna retest in 2 days because I just feel different than usual and if I'm not pregnant this cycle is just wacky.
