pregnancy possible?

I was supposed to get my period yesterday per glow and I had symptoms just like my previous periods. I noticed slight brown spotting yesterday and had lighter cramps almost throughout the day and today I had slightly creamy and liquidy white discharge, I'm still having slight cramps and feel like im on periods but no bleeding. Could it be implantation bleeding?? I had my HSG test on march 15th and doctor said both my tubes are blocked and suggested it could be due to spasm too and im planning to repeat my test...what do you girls think??
