Need advice! Help!

OK so I'm on my 3rd round of 100mg clomid. After looking through all of these posts since I have joined this group I feel as if my doctor isn't doing things that she should. I have have NO ultrasounds to check follicles, I have also been told she refuses to give me anything over 100 MG's even if I don't ovulate. I have another apt today and I plan on giving her a piece of my mind. Am I wrong for loosing my cool over this? I'm so angry I could chew up tin cans and spit nails. We are 2 years TTC and now I feel like my doctor has wasted not only my time but money and sanity because the clomid has not worked and now I find out I'm not having certine things done that should have been.
