should I get a weave?

I love long hair.  I have clip inhair extensions that I use sometimes but they are so annoying to put in.  I have been considering getting a weave. I am white/Asian.  My hair is fine, naturally brown but dyed black.  Naturallybot gets a bit frizzy and wavy. It's fairly, but not perfectly straight.  I shampoo once a week, rarely use a hair dryer or straightened, and use lots of leave in conditioner and oils. 
But once it gets to about boob length it always splits and doesn't grow!

Any advice, tips and pros and cons for weave on "white/Asian" combo hair?

Look into the actually sow in extensions and what they look like in the hair. You'll have like little beads in your hair to connect the extensions in your real hair. And if you do, get them done professionally and by a good stylist because someone can easily fuck it all up and make it look awful and mismatched. The cons are, well the major one is that it might make your real hair break off. You'll have to learn how to care for them properly and the stylist should go over it with you.

If you'd like to, then yes of course!! I had extensions done for my wedding and I loved them! And I have similar hair to yours.

Just make sure you do your research and to know what it is to have them and the different types. For example, the types, prices, up keep, type of wefts, etc.
