does ANY acid reflux medicine work?

I am currently 19 weeks 3 days and suffer from severe acid reflux. I was put on Pepcid at first, didn't work. Next Prilosec, didn't work by itself so they put me on Zantac in the evening. Now it isn't working. I am convinced this is where all my "morning sickness" is coming from. I can't go longer than 2 days without puking. Luckily I have an appt tomorrow. Has anyone else dealt with this?!

Thanks guys. They put me on prescription Protonix. I still threw up this morning after taking it, so maybe it just has to build up in my system.

I've never experienced this myself but I read that Apple cider vinegar can help too.

The only thing I found to work was yoga.  It sounds crazy and it's the last thing you want to do when you have that stomach in your throat feeling but it really does help.  It helps expand your ribcage almost which makes the acid reflux go away.  Oh, and loosen your bra or take it off completely.

Lastly, ginger ale and Sprite kind of make it worse.  Try milk.

They put me on Zantac twice a day! Has worked like a charm and I feel so much better!!
