For the past week I've been working out. Nothing extreme, but I'm happy with the results I already have. Honestly I found that working out has me feeling so good about myself, and as my body builds endurance and strength I plan to do more intense workouts! I'm excited to share my results, even if it's not much at all! I'm proud of myself :) any ladies that have been working to improve yourself share your stories or pics, id love to see some more inspirationđź’ś
