he's different.. what do I do?

This guy is just completely different to the guys I talk to. It's so weird I know his sister and she says he's a asshole but he's not! He's the sweetest funniest guy I've met. I talk to a lot of guys and he just sticks out the most and I just feel different when I'm with him. And he is sweet to me as in wants to wait for me after work ( we work together) and does my jobs without being told and wants to pay for everything. There's more too it than that but I want some advice on what to do here. He just Broke up with his gf about a month ago.....
