?? Positive Ovulation Test??

So this picture was taken within the 10min time frame that is said to wait as it was visible before 5mins. Would you class this as a positive as the band is 'equal to' the control band? Just so I can document this as this is ovulation after an MC. I've also added the instruction points too.

So here's my newest one (the AM one taped down was the one I questioned about in the topic) the test line is definitely darker than the control line in this one. I'm still going to do a PM one but thought I'd up load this as need to use the bathroom 😂
