Almost 10 months and No teeth and no crawling!

Hi Mums. My almost 10 month old has no teeth and doesn't seem to want to crawl. Am I alone or is it kinda normal? She prefers to try and walk but can't do that either but is constantly trying to get on her feet. The teething pain is driving us mad....every day I have to dose her with panadol or teething gel but there's still nothing popping through...
