bfn or vvvvvvvfl ??

In early January, I had a miscarriage. Hubby and I were not trying and with my PCOS, l knew the chances of me getting pregnant is very slim without letrozole (which I have not been taking since before my first pregnancy) Aunt Flow came 2/21..with my cycle, I was supposed to get aunt Flow last week, 4/4. I have not gotten aunt Flow yet. Yesterday, I started feeling quesy. Today, still a bit quesy and boobs a bit sensitive. Took a test this morning, I swore there was a very faint positive line that kept blinking but then disappeared after 3 minutes. What do you think???
