Feeling defeated

I don't want to feel like this. But I am feeling so defeated by PCOS I'm 23. trying to concive baby #2 . And I have been ttc for the past 18 mnths with no luck at all. I am on metformin 1500. Tmi but I have had diarrhea since I started it at the beginning of this mnth. Today I had to go to the hospital beacuse the diarrhea got so bad I was pooping blood. I have to make an appointment tomorrow with my obgyn to discuss an action plan for my ttc. I'm just feeling really bumbed I have baby fever so bad. I but now I'm feeling more like baby blues. I just need some support . My husband works 2 night over night a week so he not here to night . And I need some support . Anyone have any words of encouragement or supporting stories.
