please help me

I've got pain in my lower stomach and back. Stomach pain is getting worse every time it comes but not strong enough to be contractions.
I'm wearing a pad and it's wet but not absolutely drenched. But when I go to the toilet I am always wet.
When sitting down I feel as though I'm sitting on a ball
I'm uncomfortable when walking and sitting down. I just don't know what to do with myself.
