TMI passed this clot

Passed this clot this afternoon. Saw dr yesterday as been spotting for a week since last ultrasound. They did another US yesterday and saw a heartbeat and everything looked ok ( sac was a tad on the small side and heart rate was a tad on the low side. Dr didn't seem worried about that)  has anyone ever experienced this before and had a healthy pregnancy. 7 weeks today first time pregnant. Also no real cramping just kinda a dull ache here and there
