Are these ovulation tests reliable?

I've heard a lot of bad things about blue dye, but I bought a clearblue ovulation kit and it's confusing me. Either I missed my O or these are not reliable. I have PCOS so cycles vary, but is it possible I missed it or will not ovulate this cycle?

My sister has PCOS and she said OPK's of any kind are not reliable for those with PCOS.

I have PCOS as well and my month is going the same ..ovulation tests all over the place. Some months I ovulate some months I don't. It sucks unfortunately..
