Negative blood

I have negative blood, which means I should get the RH Shot... this is my second pregnancy and when I found out with my first I was unable to get the shot as my body had already produced the anti d bodies. This leads them to believe I had a miscarriage at some point in my life that I did not know of. This is a very uncommon thing and makes my pregnancies high risk. Has anyone else went through this?
