I need help understanding

So since before I found out what I was having I've been buying my daughter clothes. At first it was unisex, but now it's everything she needs. My husband is always mad when I say i bought something  for the baby. He said that he doesn't want me saying that i bought everything. Yet he doesn't want to buy anything and hasn't even mentioned it. I'm 26 weeks and 3 days, idk what he's waiting for. I seriously don't get why he keeps getting mad.
