did you know any product for low sperm count to get pregnant faster??

My husband has a low sperm count we went to the specialist but he said because is over weight, he took vitamins E with clomid 50 mg for 3 months but nothing happens. Like two months ago he was talking fertilaid for men , im so stressed is been 4 years trying he got me pregnant once but i miscarriage at 10 weeks. Plus my cycle is going crazy now up to 34 days and that never happen to me. Pls any help
