please can anyone give me any advice or opinion? I'm so confused

I had a miscarriage on 15th march then me and my partner have been trying ever since I stopped bleeding about a week later. Then on Sunday 9th April I got a faint positive test then did two more on the 11th April and got negative 😫 I'm not due on my period until another two weeks? So I think  I may just be testing far too early!? I really feel like I am but I don't know if I'm just kidding myself 😫 below is a pic of my faint positive. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thankyou
