Positive OPK-Help!

So I posted yesterday about not being sure I was ovulating, so dramatic, because last night I got a positive opk! So Flow updated and it shows a 20% of conception Sunday, which is when we did the deed twice. I also laid there for 20 minutes after with a pillow under my hips. Do you guys think I have a good chance of it working? I know that's such a big question but any comments are appreciated!
