It's up to you and your SO. My hubby will be attending but that's because we want to do a couples/entire family BBQ. But if you both agree it's a girls only kind of thing or whatever you want, then do what makes you happy.

Not necessary but up to you. My hubby is a photographer so he offered to attend and take pics :) most of the people there will be his family members so it will be nice

No, my hubby came for the last half hour to thank everyone and pack up the car but I didn't expect him to stay for the whole thing. If you did a couples shower that would be different.

My hubby was so excited and we do everything together, so we had a coed shower, but if you want an old fashioned ladies shower than it's totally not necessary! I've been to quite a few where daddy only showed up at the end to load the large items into the car 😂

Not necessary. Some people do baby showers for mama, and diaper parties for dad! We're doing a coed shower though, so my hubby will be there.

It's not necessary, but I thinks it's nice to include the dad & his friends as well. I find it to be another way for them to be involved in the pregnancy & you have more people to get free stuff from lol.

necessary? no. it's whatever way you're doing it. my baby shower is on saturday & its coed. so yes he's going. if it was a female only shower then no he wouldn't go
