Could i be pregnant??????!!!!!

I had a miscarriage on Monday March 27 (6 weeks pregnant)😢 3 days later I stopped bleeding and we started trying again. I understand not all doctors recommend this. But we did so I'm stating the truth. I have not been feeling well for a few days now. Yesterday my HCG levels were at 2. I need to go check them again in a week! What does this mean. Is it still from my miscarriage or could i be pregnant or am I just crazy!!! I honestly don't feel good. I always feel sick but it could also be stress not sure. Has this happened to anyone????? Please give me your feedback!
