Having a hard time determining what's a contraction
The last 2 days ive had a lot of menstrual like cramping. Mostly on one side. But ive also had some sharper cramps/pains in my mid to upper abdomen. I'm not sure whats a contraction and whats not ? Its all very mild but super uncomfortable. I'm 35 weeks
