sex while pregnant problems w/ Edit and pic

So last Thursday (03/30, 10wks pregnant)  around 9am I started bleeding. Out of no where. Literally. I was in my kitchen cooking breakfast for the family and I felt like I had peed my self but it was blood. (Side note: hubs and I had sex the night prior) I changed clothes and put underwear on to see if it would continue to happen. Well not 5 mins later I felt another rush of blood come out when I had bent down to pick something up. I go back to the bathroom and notice that it's like period blood. I put a pad on and tell my hubs to call someone to watch our two other kids (2yrs old and 11months old). So we go to the ER. They do a ultrasound, blood work, and urine sample. After abt 2 1/2 hours, the OB comes in and tells me that everything is fine and the baby is healthy and still alive. He also said to just rest and it easy until the bleeding stopped and that it was implantation bleeding. So we go home and follow directions.... the bleeding stopped after abt 2-3 days. 

Flash forward to last night. We had Sex. Well all day today, I had some weird discharge. Like long big strings of mucus along with brown mucus. Like it's weird. I've never had this issue with my first two pregnancies. Did this happen to anyone else?? Any info would help!! TIA!! 

****EDIT***** so I stopped having sex. Haven't Sex since that night. But for some reason I'm still have weir discharge and this morning I went to the bathroom and noticed EVERYTIME I would wipe, there would be brown (TMI but it's like a poop color) on the toilet paper. I just recently when to the bathroom and this was on my shorts.. I'm not able to see a doc until my insurance starts. Does any body have any ideas on what this means or could be happening? I'm now 12wks and 4days pregnant.
