Yes it is fine. Just dye hair in a well ventilated area or get it done at a salon.

I went to the salon & got my hair died near the end of my pregnancy and my baby came out perfectly healthy. Every doctor has a different opinion, I had 3 different Drs give me the okay.  As long as you're doing it in a well ventilated space, you & baby will be perfectly fine. I've always been told not to do it until atleast your second trimester though. So keep that in mind, everything is more dangerous during first trimester.
