starting to showing up?

Im 8w 6d according to this app... and lately I feel different around my belly it's like it's getting harder and little bit rounded like if I were bloated all the time but I don't feel bloated at all...This is my third pregnancy but my first baby due to I had 2 miscarriages couple years ago so I never made it to far before. I haven't told anyone about it and I'm visint my mom for the next 3 weeks is there any change in starting to showing up while in there? I'v read on different post that you start to show earlier when you've been pregnant before...
