Anyone else terrified of a miscarriage?

I went for my 8 week appointment yesterday and got to see my precious baby with a strong heart beat of 162. This is my first pregnancy and I am absolutely worried sick. It is always on my mind...every weird pain or anything I worry. I am trying to pray and give it the Lord but I am still worrying. Anyone else feel this way? I am thankful everything looked good yesterday but it will be a long 4 weeks til my next appointment...

This is me constantly. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage, so I'm worried sick. 9 weeks and I don't have an appointment for another week and half! You've made it this far and heard a heartbeat! Stay strong!

Yes, I'm having a hard time enjoying being pregnant because I'm so worried. Two of my close co worker friends had miscarriages within the last 6 months so it's a constant reminder it can happen to anyone. I really hope once I hit the second trimester I can finally relax. I'm 10 weeks today. I find that meditation helps take my mind off of it, at least for a little bit. Wishing you all healthy  pregnancies 💜

Yes! My last pregnancy I had a miscarriage.  Now I'm even more worried, when I went in at 7 weeks 3days I had an ultrasound and the heart rate was 131 and the doctor said that they usually like to see the heart rate a lot higher than that. Otherwise he said everything looks good. I go back May 3rd. I'm praying everything is OK with this baby.

Me too. My first pregnancy ended in mc. But I got to see my baby and the heartbeat today! 145bpm ❤️ So that made me feel so much better! 🌈👶🏻
