What are some good, cheap places to shop for baby stuff?

Try online Facebook groups in your area composed of moms. Here we have Varage Sale ... Another good place is to check in on sales days at local big box stores. Baby Days at Sears happens every few months and you can pick up alot of stuff on discount. I also go through Amazon alot.

Where do you live? I live in SC and we have a store called once upon a child in Greenville that sells really nice second hand baby clothes. All of it is in great condition.

Carter's always have good sales. I shop there for my 3 kids, and now for my 4th. Their clothes last years and im able to reuse them for my youngest daughter. They do run small though

Baby's r us has some fantastic clearance when it comes to clothes. I have bought a number of onesies/slippers/shoes/socks (incl. onesie sets that come with 3) and I've never paid over $2 a set when shopping their clearance

If you're early enough check out the clearance for the winter clothes and snag some for next year for whatever age baby will be. 
Im a bargain shopper and am absolutely appalled by the prices of clothes for babies. First they hardly get to wear it more than three times and they get dirty so quickly!
I also recommend taking your time on the bigger things like Exersaucer and high chairs since baby won't use them right away anyway! Don't be afraid of second hand but be cautious of the seller and the condition! 
If you meet one on one please please meet in a very public place and only during the daylight!!

Yep second hand! Also I have found amazing sales at old navy. Their clearance racks can be awesome! I have scored a couple yard sales too, people getting rid of ALL their children's clothes I've filled bags 😁

I'm not sure where you live, but a lot of places have second hand stores specifically for baby/children. I have also found some good prices on outfits at Ross & marshalls. I have even bought a baby swing from one of them before, idr which though 😂 Burlington coat factory has good prices, as well.
