Idk if it's of any help, but after I ovulate I never get any cramps or feel anything until my period comes and then it's the usual :) when we conceived our littl girl, I had the worst back ache and some cramps for almost a week after ovulation. I got my positive before my missed period but I definitely was more crampy!
