First IUI tomorrow!

Today I went and had my ultrasound and had 1 good egg and did my trigger shot. Tomorrow I go in for my first ever IUI. I was upset because I only had 1 egg but that's all it takes. Anyone have luck with only 1 egg??? Hoping for my BFP on the 28th!
