Did you have a 'feeling' you were having multiples?

Question

I'm only 5.5 weeks along in my second pregnancy but it feels so different to my last. I have a hugely bloated fake pregnant belly already & my hpt have been blazing positives stronger than control line since 8-9 days dpo.
My paternal grandmother hasd two sets of fraternal twins & we have always wondered which of the cousins would end up with twins. 
I can't shake the feeling it is twins.
Can I ask what your early symptoms were compared to singleton pregnancies? Tia

This will be my 2nd viable pregnancy, I have a 6 year old boy and am currently 7 weeks with twins (just confirmed today!!) I did have a chemical a few months ago. I have felt different than my first pregnancy since I found out at 3.5 weeks. I have had an insane amount of bloating, breakouts, have been very tired, eating a ton already and have been having back pain. For the last few days I have been thinking it was maybe twins, but talked myself out of it and decided I was crazy. Lol well, saw 2 babies and 2 heartbeats today!!!

I had a similar experience.  Tested positive the day after I was supossed to get my period.  Severe symptoms very early on, extreme nausea and bloating.  I was so fatigued, very different from my first child. At my 7 week scan, they confirmed twins. I also have had some spotting and very mild cramping.  Your uterus grows bigger faster so that is common.

I didn't have a feeling.  I had spotting though so had an early ultrasound around 6 weeks and saw twins.  Apparently spotting is common with twins.

The only thing that made me think that it could be twins was the fact that I was showing too quick. I was not sick or anything and everything else was as normal as it can be. It was a surprise to see identical twins on the 10 week scan. X

I had a gut feeling when I got my positive test. I had a feeling I was pregnant because I had a bloodhound nose, then got the positive. People kept joking saying I was having twin boys. I laughed and said no. But that feeling of maybe was there. I was so nauseas compared to my first pregnancy. I was gaining weight quickly. Then at my first appointment, two sacs, two heartbeats. Then at my 19 week ultrasound, two boys lol. My symptoms were a lot stronger than my first pregnancy. But it's actually been easier than my daughters pregnancy. 23 weeks now (:

I knew something was different with this pregnancy. Im 9 weeks with twins. My symptoms are way stronger then my 1st pregnancy and came on really early on like around 4 weeks and the bloating is horrible! Both my SO and I were joking around about it being twins and at 7 week ultrasound it was verified.

I just post asking this question.  I'm 4wks 4 days and I feel my lower abdomen growing I can lay on my left side and I flutters in my stomach. My so is a twin...I can't wait til my appointment
