The dog where no collar or leash, the guy let's it out and it wonders the streets until he calls it back in. My dogs don't play well with others so I shoo the dog, but there's children out yelling at the dog to go away.

**UPDATE** I spoke to the man and he told me she "Gets out on her own". I told him I've seen him letting her go out, and I've seen him drop her out of his truck to run around. He told me "he'll try better to make sure she doesn't get out" and closed the door. I live in a suburban area and this is not the place for the dog to run around. My neighbors have spoken to him too, but today was the final straw. I don't want to see anything bad happen to the children or the dog itself, but we all live uphill so backing up we already have to be super careful. I will call animal control next time, maybe they will speak to him about the dangers of letting your dog roam in a busy neighborhood. Thank you all for your opinions!
