Hey Ladies...how do I stop nursing to sleep? Will my baby eventually stop it himself? Right now it's mainly just for bedtime he nursed to sleep. Naps he gets rocked. He's 5 months now and I'm just trying to prepare myself to stop the nursing to sleep association but have no idea how to start. I can't do the cry it out method, I simply don't have it in me. Any mamas have any advice as to where to start?
