Everyone seems excessive to me. I had my mom get one because I know she will be over and babysit a lot, other then that just my husband and I.

Just immediate family that will be around the baby a lot I'm not too concerned as long as they don't intentionally come over while sick with anything

We are doing "herd vaccinating", which was recommended by my OB. Anyone who is coming in contact with the baby until he can get his booster has to have had the TDAP.
