dull pain/cramp lower abdomen
I will be 17 weeks (FTM) on Sunday and today for the first time, I've had a dull pain/cramping my lower abdomen that has been going on for like 4-5 hours now. It isn't severe and no bleeding. Should I be concerned and call my doctor? Thank you!
