6w6d, spotting mild cramps
I will be 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have had mild cramps since I found out and also some ovulation pain that is definitely noticeable but not painful enough that it would stop me in my tracks or anything. I've also started getting a really small amount of light browny pink tinge to my cm. can I please have some reassurance?
