WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME?!

So since about 3dpo I've been feeling like complete crud. I have been having god awful cramps in my abdomen, CANNOT stay awake to save my soul (literally nodding off at work, in the car, at the grocery store). My hips are killing me and I have slight back aches.. nothing too severe. I went to the doctor yesterday and she did a pregnancy test (still 7 days from now until my period is supposed to show her ugly face) and it ovbioisly came up negative but she said my urine is terrible. It's the right color (barely yellow) but EXTREMELY cloudy. Tested for infections and STD's, all negative. 😭😭😭 opinions?
