Weight loss/tooth loss

I chipped a tooth at about 27 weeks and just had it pulled at 30 weeks... I stepped on the scale this morning and I've lost a whopping 7 pounds in 3 weeks. With my first I gained 65 pounds total, this pregnancy I'm only at 35 and losing weight. Is this something to worry about? Has anyone else had a tooth pulled when pregnant?
