how do i just deal w this?

last night i was drunk and accidentally told my crush who happens to be my good friend that i was into him. he and my friend slightly have a thing so i told him i wasn't gonna do anything because i wouldn't ever do that to her. but now i regret telling him because it would've been better kept a secret. how do i not feel jealous or upset when we all hang out
