NOT HAVING ANY NAUSEA! Why am I "unhappy" about that?

Question

I'm very early into my rainbow pregnancy (7w1d) and not once have I experienced real REAL nausea. Some things gross me out more than they did before but that's it. Sore breast, heart palpitations/shortness of breath and extreme exhaustion have been my only symptoms.

Not sure why I'm jelly of the ladies here who are experiencing morning sickness. I think deep down I feel a little insecure.

Anyone else on the same boat?

Same here! I have zero morning sickness, no cravings, no food aversions, but I had the ultrasound yesterday at 11 weeks 2 days and my babies (twins!) are happy and very active with good heartbeats :) It's hard to believe that this is real, when there are almost no symptoms. But it's getting easier with every ultrasound :) I had IVF and because of that I've had more US than most normal pregnancies...
I think we should consider ourselves lucky for not having morning sickness. But I can so relate to your worries! Especially at the stage you are in - my mood swings were crazy at 7 weeks (my poor husband!) :)

My vomiting didn't start until 10 weeks. It was brutal. I immediately regretted ever wishing it would begin, lol. Had to go to the hospital for fluids it was so bad.

I understand how you feel. I am 7+5 weeks with my rainbow baby. I started having nausea starting around 5 weeks. I had the sore breasts no appetite, food aversions, I had pain in my lower left abdomen, mild cramps, etc. but this week for two days. Nausea and the food aversions went away, but it came back stronger yesterday.

I did some research and it suggests that someone women never get morning sickness and they go on to have normal healthy pregnancies.
