cramping on left side of my pelvis

So I am VERY newly pregnant after an IUI procedure on 4/3. I have gotten several positive hpts and a positive blood test at 26 for hcg (12dpo). I've been experiencing left sided pelvic cramping on and off the last few days. It makes me slightly nervous as I don't think I experienced this type of cramping with my last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage in December 2016. I did have some.... mainly when my puppy would stand on me and likely the baby too. I have had no bleeding (nor did I have any when I miscarried). I'm just nervous probably from past experience and I want this rainbow baby to stick. I'm not letting my pup stand on me this time around even though it was unrelated to the miscarriage (chromosomal issue).
