Headache Help!!!

I've been having headaches for 3 days now. They start at different times of the day but they are intense and painful. What can I take to help? I took half of an extra strength Tylenol and for the first one that helped but now it isn't even making a dent. I have a history of migraines which my doctors knows about. I can't call my doctor until Monday morning but I need relief before then.
