Baby Acne 😢 Started sprouting up at 2 weeks and has gotten worse as the week has gone on. Her dr said just to take a warm wash rag to it a few times a day and let it run its course but it breaks my heart. Any one else's LO have it? Any other remedies?

Mustela Physiobebe has helped clear up my son's baby acne a lot. I use it once or twice a day in addition to cleaning his face with warm water and a washcloth.

Aww poor thing. My son has had baby acne since birth (he's 6 weeks now). Slowly it's gotten better. Not really red anymore and way less of it.
