Can someone explain to me how you pinpoint ovulation day in your chart?

Answer

Ovulation happens on the day of the last low temp. Sustained high temps for a minimum of three days (that exceed the highest temps from within 5 days prior by at least 0.1) confirms ovulation happened, and you label the first of thebsustained high temps as the first day post ovulation (1 DPO).

You must take your temp at the same time first thing every morning before moving around. Your temps will be kind of low until ovulation the they will rise and stay risen. If your pregnant they will stay up but if your not they will drop just before you period.  This is an example of my chart from a few months ago. I would highly recommend using Fertile Friend to track BBt. The red line is ovulation.
